In the event that users come across any discrepancies in the prices or daily rates, they have the option to launch a complaint through the app. The app will then efficiently route the complaint to the appropriate Price Control Magistrates, as both the market and shop in question will be geo-tagged when the complaint is lodged. This allows users to be notified when their complaint is resolved within the designated time frame. Moreover, all activities related to complaints are directly monitored by the concerned departments, ensuring smooth service delivery and fostering effective communication between users and government bodies.
